Author: Kevin Hall (pastorkevin75@yahoo.com) I got a dehydrator last year (07) for Christmas with a 5 pack of Hi Mountain Jerky Cure for Christmas from my mother in law. It sat for a bout a year. Then in Septemeber of 07 I was questioned why I hadn't used it, so I tried it out. Even without soaking it (which I dodn't do) overnight, just putting the mix on the outside lightly is perfect. I make jerly practically every week, family has come out of the woodwork for this stuff.

I have expeirmented with a lot of stuff using this, and I can truly say that anything with meat will be better with Hi Mountain. I have made smoked sausage with the jerky seasonings and that wonderful cure and had lots of smiles, thanks and more please's than I'v ever seen. Thank you Hi Mountain!!!!!.
P.S. My autistic son will eat the jerky over anything.
