Author: Steven Long (sglong@marktwain.net) I bought your product a couple years ago. After watching Jim Zumbo'e show, I started adding enough hickory blend for 2 pounds and a 1/2 cup of water to a 5 pound patch of deer meat. This makes the best burgers you'll ever eat.
