Author: Mark T This is beyond amazing. Nothing else like it that I know of. A bit of zing with great flavor. Use any lean pork, add in 15% - 25% bacon when grinding (depending on how fat the bacon is), then add 25% extra seasoning and prepare yourself for a supreme treat.
